Report from The Post that Netanyahu approved new settlements in the Palestinian controlled area of the West Bank despite an Israeli high court ruling. Meanwhile, peaceful Palestinian protesters who had set up camp in the area were removed by the Israeli armed forces; some where allegedly beaten.
As the article reports, the non-violent protest, which is new to the Palestinian liberation movement, was in use here. This form of resistance is very effective and will not lead to the demonizing of the Palestinian people, such as when they were only blowing up buses and firing rockets. All the liberation movement members need now is more international press coverage.
