A good summary of the comments made by both Romney and Obama. Two strange things about this situation. One, Obama’s full comment sounds like it is something straight from a Tea Party member and could easily pass for the rhetoric of a Republican candidate. Two, Romney says he is against redistribution but wants to essentially use the government to help those in need. Clearly he needs an elementary school teacher to explain to him the definition of the word redistribution. He obviously must think it means something other than using the government to help the needy, which is exactly what it is.
