The indefinite detention of people continues for now but this issue is certainly not put to rest. This is such an obvious violation of the rule of law and will only hurt the United States as time goes on in trying to be an example of democracy to the rest of the world. An interesting case to watch as it moves up the judicial ladder and worthy of more attention than it is currently receiving.
