A well-sourced and informative piece in The Guardian by Glenn Greenwald (a former constitutional lawyer who is now a columnist) that highlights how the Obama administration is not pursuing charges, or even an investigating into, torture of foreign detainees that arose during the Bush administration.
The Obama administration maintains that their policies look forward instead of looking back making immunity amongst torturers the rule.
